Chocolate Health Benefits

I'm on a quest to eating a little more healthier and by changing a few small things, I am able to achieve that. Like changing white bread to wheat bread, white rice to brown rice, and milk chocolate to dark chocolate. Yes, that's right kids, cause if you don't know, dark chocolate in moderation is good for the heart. I know by now you're saying dark chocolate, yuck, I was there before too! I mean I like some things dark, but chocolate was not one of them. Dark chocolate has a bitter taste making it difficult to like. But, there is a way to enjoy one of the world's most favorite treat's and receive the heart benefits associated with it. If you want to experience dark chocolate in it's full flavor there are steps to note, tasting steps similar to that of wine tasting. Yeah, I kid you not, I've tried it and it seem to work unless I was really, really hungry and delusional. Dark chocolate is a little more pricier than your average 99 cents chocolate bar, but hey it might be worth it in the long run. Try to pair it up with dry fruits and/or nuts for a nice healthy treat. Also remember moderation is the key, too much of anything is never good. I have provided a few links below to help assist in learning more about how to taste chocolate and the health benefits it provides.

I've converted to Pescetarianism

Yeah, I am now a pescetarian. I'm trying to improve my health, so I've been exercising and reading a lot of diet books, trying to achieve my goal of optimum health. I was discussing this with an associate and he give me some helpful information about a plant base diet(vegan). I thought about, tried it out for a couple of days, and got really sick. I had changed my diet over night and I realised my body was not use to not having meat. Meats and dairy products was a part of every meal I ate. My body was weak, I was getting stomach cramps and I would get headaches everyday on this new eating plan. The side affects of changing my diet probably would have went away over time, but I couldn't wait for the uncertain. So I ate some good ole fish and vegetables and it was all good. So I did some research and found out about semi-vegetarians called pescetarians. During my research I learned that pescetarianism is one of the most healthiest diets one can live by, so I've been trying it out for weeks now and I have lose about 3 pound(not using it for a weigh lose program but do enjoy saying good-by to a couple of pounds) and I feel great. Apparently, vegetarian do not want to be classified with semi-vegetarians thus the name pescetarian. While reading up on pescetarianism online I heard some harsh things being said about pescetarians. Listen guys, one more semi-vegetarian means a lot less animals being killed and consumed, also a lot more healthy human beings if you're even concerned about humans at this point.

Shout out to Malcolm X! My son is in elementary school and had to do a poster acknowledging a black person who has made a mark on American History and we discuss some people and I asked him, which person do you choose to do your project on and he chose Malcolm X. We teach our children to stand up for what they believe in and speak up for what is right and I think he related to Malcolm X in that way. So, shout out to Malcolm X! And shout out to my son!
